We are currently working with an established Facilities Management Service Provider looking to appoint a **Facilities Coordinator** to work with their team in Central London. This role is initially a 12 month contract but could lead to a permanent position for the right applicant.

Core responsibilities of the **Facilities Coordinator **in this role include:

- Liaising with clients regarding property services and keeping them informed of planned works/changes to service.
- Inspections and audits of sites to ensure they are maintained, secure and fit for purpose.
- Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works.
- Produce reports and management data relating to properties and sites.
- Ad-hoc sites duties and remedial works including organizing reactive maintenance and ordering stocks and supplies.

This role will be suited to someone looking to pursue a career in Facilities Management as this organisation are keen to train and develop their coordinators and have them progress in to managerial roles within the business.
