A vacancy has arisen for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Team Administrator based at Cauldwell medical centre, Kempston Rd, Bedford, MK42 9DJ to support the Psychiatric Liaison Team (PLS).
This vacancy is being advertised as a full time, Monday to Friday permanent position.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is flexible and has excellent administration and communication skills. You must have the ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and be able to deal sympathetically with patients and relatives of people with mental health problems. Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinical team and be the first point of contact for all telephone calls received in the PLS Team. Previous administration and excel experience is essential as well as experience using Microsoft office packages.
You will be part of an existing team of administration staff who provide comprehensive administration / secretarial support to the Service. You should have good verbal and written communication skills
