**Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Data Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate product information across various databases and platforms.
The role sits within the IT team, providing you exposure to support the IT Manager with basic IT support and projects when required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Data entry and maintenance: Accurately input and maintain product data in databases, ensuring consistency and integrity of information
- Support IT team : Support the IT team with basic IT Support when needed
- External data submissions: Including submitting waste packaging and customer data requests
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of product data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to product information
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of data management processes, standards, and procedures
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on data entry procedures and system functionality
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding data management and security
**Working Hours and Benefits**
This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday 39 hours per week. The office hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5.15pm, with an early finish on Friday’s at 4.15pm. The starting salary is £25,000 per annum.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in data entry, database management, or product information management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with product data standards and best practices (e.g., GTIN, UPC, SKU)
