**Finance Data Administrator (Part-time 15hrs a week)**
The Brush & Broom restaurant at Visit Hillbrush was established in 2017 and runs alongside the Hillbrush company, a family business that has been successfully operating for over a century.
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Data Administrator. This is a new role that will work closely with both the hospitality and finance teams to ensure the accuracy of data, costings and stock of the hospitality function.
This is an office based role and requires availability Monday to Friday, totalling 15 hours a week. Starting salary £9,615 per annum (FTE £25,000 per annum)

**Duties to Include**
- Raising of purchase orders with accurate units and costs
- Goods receipting In orders and ensuring accuracy of units received
- Entering product structures / recipes into ERP system
- Ensuring accurate costings, cost of sales and stock valuation kept within ERP system
- Supporting and conducting monthly stock takes, reviewing the results and Investigating any variances
- Reconciliation of daily cash takings and weekly banking
- Creating new reports from Epos data in Power BI
- Reviewing daily reports to ensure accuracy of data and identify trends
- Analysing data to improve gross margins and profitability
- Provide technical support
**Skills**
- Experience in a previous accounting role essential
- Proficient In excel
- Power Bi experience beneficial but not essential training can be provided
- Data entry experience with high attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
