We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join a Product Management department a **Product Data Administrator**. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate product information and data management while providing exceptional service to our customers and so excellent Excel knowledge is key.

In your new role as the **Product Data Administrator,** you will:

- Manage the upkeep of all product records in our WinMan system, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Identify product fields in WinMan and develop exception reporting to track data completeness for management information.
- Effectively store and organize product files and documentation for easy access.
- Set up item codes in WinMan, including writing and updating product structures.
- Support the inputting and management of item and supplier data.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure ongoing accuracy of product data.
- Assist in creating procedures, such as "How to" guides and WinMan "step-by-steps," to streamline processes.
- Take ownership of the bi-annual waste packaging submission, coordinating with other departments and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
- Supply accurate item data to the Sales team upon request to ensure reliable customer information.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and availability of product data on public platforms, such as our website, catalogue, and product data sheets.

If you are successful for the Product data Administrator, this client offers an attractive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £22,000. You'll enjoy a favorable work-life balance with working hours from 8.30am to 5.15pm, with an early finish at 4.15pm on Fridays. In addition, you'll receive 23 days of annual leave and benefit from a 3% company contribution to the pension scheme.
