We are seeking an experienced **EA** on behalf of our client to join a well-established team based in Mere. In your new role as the **EA**, you will be supporting the Managing Director and providing high-quality administration for the business. The role takes responsibility and ownership of the office organisation, project management, deadline compliance, and important documents and files.

As the **EA** your responsibilities in the office will include:

- Attending and organising internal and external events and meetings as required by the Managing Director.
- Updating internal systems and social media presence and responses.
- Producing and copy-editing of both internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Maintaining the database of Managing Director contacts, updating, and proactively passing on leads to the sales team.
- Planning travel and itineraries.
- Event investigation and coordination (liaise with the Marketing team).
- Provide a link between the Managing Director and the Management Team supporting with communications required.
- Project Manage key executive projects.
- Coordinate project meetings, take minutes, and proactively follow up on action points.
- Organise meetings, arrange appointments, and oversee customer and supplier visits to the site to ensure a superior experience for all visitors.
- Support with the organisation of the company’s presence at global trade shows, including making reservations, updating online profiles, producing product inventory lists, and supporting PR activity.
- Liaise effectively with all colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
