East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust has recently invested in Neonatal Staffing and this includes additional Ward Clerk hours. We are looking for 1 part time Ward Clerk to work every weekend, to join our team to ensure that we are able to offer administrative support and reception cover to the unit throughout the week.

This vital role provides administrative support to the unit and is often the first point of contact to visitors to the unit including parents of babies. It is therefore a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to use their administrative skills to really make a difference to the lives of vulnerable babies and their families.

To work as a team member within the work environment carrying out assigned tasks involving the indirect care of the patients, to ensure effective management of the department on a day to day basis.

We are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with five hospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 695,000 people.
