We provide a range of support and interventions for families across Brighton and Hove in our East, West and Central Family Hub Networks. This vacancy has arisen in the North Area network based in Moulsecoomb.

Practice Manager: Moulsecoomb Family Hub/North Area Family Hub Network

**About the role**:
You will be an integral part of our Family Hub team and offer whole family support for those facing multiple-disadvantages. The aim of the Keyworker relationship is to work alongside families to enable family members to overcome challenging situations and achieve positive outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- managing a caseload and be the keyworker for vulnerable families and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- assessing, planning, and co-ordinating the support required to meet a family’s needs working within the supporting families outcome framework.
- working with children or observing the child in an early years or school setting.

You will be someone with:

- a relevant degree or a recognised relevant professional qualification e.g., Social Work, Housing, Probation, Youth Work, Early Years Professional, or equivalent experience
- the understanding of relevant legislation and frameworks.
- a passion for and demonstrable experience of working with vulnerable children and families from diverse backgrounds.
- the ability to communicate in a way that is inclusive and accessible.

**Additional information**:
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
