**Office Administrator / bookkeeper**, to work for their small and well-established client in Bishop’s Stortford. Free parking. Full training given.
**The Role of Office Administrator / Bookkeeper**:
- Sales ledger - preparation and issue of invoices, resolving of queries.
- Purchase ledger - processing and coding of suppliers’ invoices, matching with purchase orders, processing supplier payments.
- Credit control, cash allocation and month end procedures.
- Petty cash and staff expenses.
- Preparing banking files and ad hoc management information reports as required.
- General Office administrative duties
**To be considered for the role of Office Administrator / Bookkeeper**:
- AAT level 2 or equivalent work experience would be ideal
- Experience of a busy office environment.
- Administration and organisation capabilities.
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above).
- Good Excel/Word/Outlook skills.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer Service skills.
**The Package for Office Administrator / Bookkeeper**:
- Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday - Friday
- Pension
- 20-day holiday (excluding bank holidays)
