Here at Macks we are searching for a full time Legal Secretary/ Receptionist to join our dynamic Employment team at our Darlington office. You will be joining a committed team who advocate for the rights of employees that are navigating workplace difficulties.

**Responsibilities**:
As an Employment Legal Secretary and Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative support to solicitors handling employment cases.
- Assisting with client communication and correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborating with solicitors to ensure cases progress efficiently.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with employment law principles and procedures is desirable
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
