**Eventus Legal are recruiting for a Court of Protection Partner (Property & Affairs) to join the Court of Protection team of a successful, growing, regional law firm, from their head office in Darlington, County Durham. This is a permanent position offered either full-time or 4 days per week. Benefits include relocation allowance of upto £15,000, hybrid working, 30 days holiday plus your birthday and Christmas closure as additional leave, bonus and private healthcare.**

**Role Responsibilities**

The role comes with a top-of-market salary and the opportunity to step up into a rewarding role as Partner and future head of the team due to succession planning.

**Person Specification**

Applications are sought from experienced Solicitors with a strong background in Court of Protection (Property & Affairs), either at Grade A and experienced as a professional deputy, or those at 5PQE+ years’ PQE wishing to take a graduated step up into this role. Financial knowledge would be advantageous as you will be managing clients’ financial affairs totalling many millions in assets and income.
