**Start Date**: ASAP
**Pay Rate**:£14 p/h PAYE

Our client is looking for an Building Safety Coordinator to provide a professional and comprehensive support service to the Building Safety Team and work exceptionally closely with other teams and Directorates to ensure data is correct and shared. Provide a high level of organisational and administrative skills, ensuring that you and the team members work collaboratively to achieve targets, objectives and are customer focused at all times.

**Duties would include**:

- To foster a culture of high performance, strong engagement and a commitment to building safety and continual improvement
- Manage the Building Safety mailbox and act along with your team as the first point of contact for internal and external customers including our contractors, to resolve any queries that are raised. If not able to do so, to escalate to the appropriate person/team/contractor.
- Deliver and maintain excellent customer service in all areas of work being customer focused.
- Attend meetings and ensuring minute taking is written with actions in a timely manner
- Running and reporting on building safety and compliance reports as scheduled or an adhoc basis
- Creating and maintaining electronic files and ensuring that all data input in undertaken a timely and accurate manner
- All work orders are raised and updated in a timely manner and notifying the relevant contractors and contracts manager.
- Work within the team and with other contract managers to ensure that all business support works are captured and actioned appropriately.
- Report monthly where requested for compliance scorecard
- Deliver customer focused services that provide increasing resident satisfaction
