Dental Beauty Lee is an award-winning practice located in Lewisham, SE London, offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our Principal and Management Team.

*The position:*
* *We have a full-time position available at our practice, working Monday-Friday, 8.30-5.30*

*Responsibilities:*
* Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
* Leading patients through our well established patient journey - offering treatments and ensuring we have great patient conversion rates in the practice
* Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
* Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
* Plan & drive the income targets for the practice
* Ensuring practice compliance
* Deal promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
* Deliver staff training and development, holding 1-1's with team members, interviewing and onboarding new starters

*About you:*
* *A candidate with prior experience in Dentistry, either within a TCO or Dentistry managerial role is highly desirable for this position*
* Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their managerial career
* Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience
* Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided
* Experience with supporting with practice compliance and CQC is preferred
* DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
