As we embark on an exciting growth journey, we’re seeking a driven, meticulous and reliable Accounts Assistant to support our journey.

**Duties**:

- Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts, invoicing, and reconciling financial statements
- Prepare and process financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Prepare monthly performance data and invoices for owners.
- Conduct analysis to support financial decision-making
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Monitor stock and manage the ordering process.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of process development.
- Ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Inverness
