Primary School in the borough of Croydon is looking for Graduate Teaching Assistants to help their pupils achieve the best they can be.

**Why is being a Teaching Assistant ideal for a recent graduate?**

- Ideal for a Psychology or Social science graduate to help build resilience and confidence with their learning
- Ideal for a graduate with sport science to bring ideas for activities to help run off extra energy
- Ideal for an Education, Math or English graduate wanting to get into teaching and gain teaching experience

**Some of the roles and responsibilities are listed below**:

- Supporting children with a range of needs - this can include autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia.
- Using initiative to create new learning opportunities through speaking with colleagues and researching online ideas to share with the class teacher.
- Working across EYFS/KS1/KS2
- Working in small groups/ 1:1 setting to motivate pupil and make their learning exciting and accessible
- Liaise with classroom teacher and SENCo to ensure pupil progress.
- Teacher training opportunities for graduates after 1 full academic year
