Maintenance Handyman/woman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairs, installations, and general upkeep of buildings and grounds.
- Carry out any decorating to a high standard.
- Execute carpentry projects, including building and repairing structures, furniture, and fixtures.
- Maintain gardens and outdoor areas, including and landscaping.
- Conduct basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Assist with seasonal property maintenance and preparation.
- Respond to any maintenance requests promptly and efficiently and deal with any emergency situations.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment and ensure that the inventory is maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license.
- Exceptional handyman/woman skills and good physical health.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Awareness and understanding of health and safety.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining company standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with the local area.

**What We Offer**:

- Hours of work - Monday to Friday; 08:30am to 05:30pm.
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.

Pay: From £25,500.00 per year
