**JOB ROLE: (Maintenance co-ordinator)**
- Data entry on our bespoke online maintenance system
- Organising and booking jobs with our contractors
- Sending quotes and invoices
- Attaching and sending documents
- Responding/answering calls

We are a property maintenance company based in Redditch and we carry out around 150 - 200 maintenance jobs per week for various clients, mainly estate and letting agents.

We deal with a wide range of property maintenance services like plumbing, gas and heating issues right through to roofing and handyman repairs.
