**JOB ROLE: (Maintenance co-ordinator)**
- Data entry on our bespoke online maintenance system
- Organising/booking jobs with our contractors
- Attaching and sending documents
- Responding/answering calls

**JOB HOURS: (40 paid hours per week with one hour per day unpaid break)**
- Monday - Friday - 10am - 5pm

**RATE OF PAY**:

- £11 per hour

**WHO WE ARE**:
We are a property maintenance company based in Redditch and we carry out around 150 - 200 maintenance jobs per week for various clients, mainly estate and letting agents.

We deal with a wide range of property maintenance services like plumbing, gas and heating issues right through to roofing and handyman repairs.
