**About the role**

Valet parking doesn’t get more exciting than FastPark. Our digital valet parking service uses the latest technology to provide a quick, convenient, and secure start to our passengers by providing them with conscientious valet services at Edinburgh Airport. This role requires motivated individuals who excel in customer service. Our FastPark team will engage with passengers on their arrival to the FastPark facility, collect their vehicles then safely and securely drive the vehicle to a remote secure parking area for long stay parking. On the day of return, our team will safely deliver the passengers car back to the FastPark facility ready for collection.

**What you’ll be doing**
- To deliver outstanding customer service.
- Liaising with Valet drivers providing direction and motivation to maximise the efficiency of the process of vehicle movements.
- To ensure compliance with all other company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Support the EASL Duty Manager in the development of the FastPark team through annual appraisals, trainings requirements, 1-1 performance reviews, sickness and absence management of the FastPark team.
- Oversee the daily operations, ensuring all service requirements are met.
- To enforce and adhere to standards of presentation including all uniform requirements.

**What we’re looking for**
- A higher standard of education.
- Full UK Driving Licence - Maximum of 3 Penalty Points and licence held for minimum 3yrs.
- Good communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- The post holder should be self-motivated with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to manage own workload, deal with competing priorities and work with a minimum of supervision is essential.
- Demonstrable leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in leading a team in the delivery of a customer centric service.
- Competent in use of IT packages including Word, Excel.
