It's an exciting time to join our growing team and there are lots of exciting opportunities on the horizon for the right person including this fantastic full-time Marketing Co-ordinator within our Marketing Department at our head office in Chandlers Ford.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Marketing Manager to understand the concept and requirements of each project and to create briefs
- Create and manage projects through to completion with support from marketing executives when required
- Work with the studio to coordinate photography for various projects
- Manage projects through to completion and keep relevant stakeholders informed of project progress
- Support distribution of print and digital assets and launch messaging to internal and external audiences
- Support other areas of the marketing team with ad hoc projects and tasks
- Use analytics to monitor campaign performance, translate data into actionable marketing or business insight, and deliver post campaign reporting

**Essential Skills**
- Commercially minded with some understanding or experience in B2B marketing. Familiar with the relationship between sales, customers, and how marketing is used to support the sales lifecycle
- Enthusiastic, positive, flexible, and quick to learn, a proactive team-player with confident interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisation, ability to multi-task diverse projects and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of standard office systems including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Analytically focused, confident in campaign performance monitoring and reporting
- Creative flair with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated - proactive and enthusiastic, with a professional can-do attitude

**Desirable Skills**
- Familiarity with the tool trade or a passion that involves tools would be helpful, especially in automotive, construction, or DIY sectors
- Understanding of the role marketing plays in trade show and customer event success
- Copy writing - we're not looking for perfection, but a 'have a go' attitude towards it would be a plus
