Marketing Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Draper Tools. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a range of marketing initiatives that meet customer and consumer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to define concepts, objectives, and requirements for each project
  • Create campaigns/project briefs to ensure all deliverables are identified upfront and are suitably tailored for the relevant audience
  • Develop viable and achievable project plans with defined timelines and milestones, and ensure up-to-date project details are maintained within the project management software
  • Liaise with internal teams to brief requirements, coordinate delivery, and review suitability in line with the requirements of the brief in order to create assets on time and within budget
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to identify and liaise with selected stakeholders to seek input into decisions
  • Recognise any potential overlap between projects and ensure content consistency
  • Anticipate obstacles and proactively take initiative to find solutions and minimise disruption, keeping the Marketing Manager and relevant stakeholders informed of progress
  • Coordinate distribution and launch messaging to internal and external audiences
Requirements:
  • A self-starter who is confident to lead projects from start to finish
  • A positive approach to problem-solving, using initiative to find solutions
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using marketing software such as CRM, email marketing platforms, and project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Knowledge of tools or trade environment would be beneficial
