The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a market leading organisation, they are key manufacturer, supplier, and distributor of their products. We are actively seeking a highly organised Account Executive to join their Sales teamon a full-time basis for 12 months initially to cover maternity leave.

**What will you be doing?**
You'll ensure your customers receive high quality, affordable products and service. You will do this by managing accounts in-line with internal targets, Preparing documents for orders, offers and quotes. Whilst liaising with and building strong relationshipswith customers, suppliers, service providers as well as other departments within the company.
**Other Duties include**:
- Analysing data and forecasting
- Sourcing products, negotiating prices, and placing orders with supplier/manufacturers
- Daily monitoring of websites and portals for procurement opportunities
- Sourcing and organising transport for shipments / Preparing customs clearance instructions
- Reporting and investigating discrepancies that may arise
- Supporting Tender bid preparation and submissions
**Essential**:
- Good IT skills including MS Word and Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Focused and organised
- Ability to multi task
- Willingness to learn.
