An opportunity has arisen for a flexible and motivated individual to join our Paediatric Medical Secretary Team as a support secretary (15 hours per week)

You will support the existing medical secretaries in providing a quality and efficient service to Paediatric Consultants. You will need to be an enthusiastic team player and motivated with excellent communication skills. You will require high levels of organisation with the ability to prioritise your daily workload effectively and have a flexible approach to working alongside different members of the team or independently as required.

Responsibilities of this role cover a wide range of administration and secretarial duties including typing clinical correspondence, appointment scheduling, diary management and dealing with a wide range of telephone queries. A flexible approach to workload is essential.
