**Responsibilities**:

- Help individuals participate in daily activities in residential homes. their own homes or community settings.
- Provide care to individuals who have vulnerabilities, mental health problems, physical disabilities, and/or substance use disorders.
- Provide services in care homes, private homes, hospitals, and aged care facilities.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and their families.
- Communicate directly with medical staff about patients' conditions and concerns.

Required / Desirable:

- Driving license and access to a car - **Desirable**:

- Right to Work in the UK - **REQUIRED**:

- Experience working with vulnerable adults - **Desirable **(Full training given to everyone)
- Be able to commute to any location within 20 miles of your home - **REQUIRED**
