Digital Delivery Lead

Costain are recruiting for a **Digital Delivery Lead** to join our team delivering the Southern Water CMDP framework.
**About The Project**
CMDP is a joint venture between Costain and MWHT and delivers a range of schemes to maintain and improve Southern Water's water supply and wastewater treatment works in the eastern half of its region (Kent & Sussex)
This new position will be based across our Chatham (Kent) and Falmer (Brighton) offices with regional travel to projects
**About the role**
CMDP seek a digitally passionate individual with a creative mindset to drive the digital delivery agenda. With an appreciation of 4D modelling, digital rehearsal facilitation and strong interpersonal skills, this role is about bridging the gap between engineering and delivery functions through collaborative practices. There will be support from both Central and Regional Digital Leads and opportunities to train and develop across the broad spectrum of digital delivery tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
Work in parallel with the Digital Engineering and Delivery Manager to energise the adoption of the digital delivery agenda within the CMDP framework
Manage the digital delivery toolbox maturity matrix to ensure we are meeting our commitments and work closely with Regional Leads to identify key resources to build a strategic, in region, team
Work with regional Digital Delivery Leads to develop regional strategies covering the tools, techniques, and training necessary for integration as business as usual into the regional delivery processes
Work closely with the Regional Leads identifying resources, both facilitators and technicians, to prepare, deliver and run rehearsals for their programmes of work
Develop 4D models utilising Synchro for Digital Rehearsals, linking the model and programme, to provide visualisations
Facilitate rehearsals on specific projects until resources are identified, competent and capable
Develop, implement, and execute the strategy to fully adopt the use BIM 360 Field across the region, embedding the platform as business as usual for project delivery
Continuously look for synergies in regional processes and system functionality
**About You**
4D Synchro software experience (preferred but not essential)
Appreciation on real critical path management and control and background in scheduling
Good communication skills, presentation skills and computer skills
