We are looking for an Acquisitions Client Success Coordinator to join our team.

The Acquisitions Client Success Coordinator will be able to deliver a high quality experience to payroll clients as they move through the process of becoming Cintra core business, working as liaison between internal departments and training clients on the product as necessary.

Organisation and communication skills are paramount to the success of this role and the Acquisitions Client Success Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring clients understand the payroll migration process to core business, taking ownership as necessary to ensure the client's experience is a positive one.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with the Acquisitions Client Success Manager to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience to all acquired clients
- Ensure that all communications with acquired clients are clear, concise, and timely
- Deliver high-level Cintra Cloud training to clients where appropriate
- Ensure clients engage with, and complete training in line with migration plans
- Be the main point of contact and initial response for clients for any queries related to their migration to Cintra Cloud
- Take ownership of any issues, ensuring satisfaction that any matters arising are addressed and resolved
- Work with internal teams to identify and escalate any issues or challenges faced by clients during the migration process
- Provide regular and detailed updates to the Acquisitions Client Success Manager on client progress and success
- Ensure that all client data is accurately recorded and properly maintained in the appropriate systems

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
You will have:

- Experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training on new software or systems

You will be:

- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Precise and able to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities
- Able to engage confidently with all stakeholders, take ownership and think outside of the box

Not essential, but advantageous is:

- Prior experience in cloud technology or related industries
- Knowledge of payroll processes
