We have a brand new opportunity within our busy HGV Commercial department for a Planning Administrator to join us here at Zenith

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a background in administration and customer services who is looking to build on their career within the fleet industry.

This role is a professional, challenging and exciting position working within a very busy environment. Our HGV division manages a diverse and broad customer base and this role is a crucial support in ensuring the vehicles within that base are maintained, road worthy and all necessary information is documented and available across the department.

An eye for detail, excellent IT skills including Excel, being organised with the ability to self-manage are critical to the success in this role.

**Responsibilities include;**
- To be able to work to KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) so that the department meets its objectives.
- Build good relationships / rapport with agents and customers.
- To chase up completion of service/maintenance jobs to ensure these are completed. If a vehicle is still off road then you must let the relevant Fleet Control team know.
- To ensure all relevant paperwork following scheduled events is obtained within 48 hours of completion of the work by searching document portals or calling to chase documents
- Keeping accurate paper and electronic records in line with team and Operations Department protocol.
- To process the daily post.
- Work with the Team Leader, Operations Manager and Key Account Managers to improve processes, functions or communications problems.
- Effective liaison with the all colleagues across the Company to ensure excellent communication on internal and external enquiries, reporting functions, disputes, legal protocol etc.
- Manage customer queries escalating to the Team Leader, relevant Key Account Manager and/or Operations Manager as appropriate or necessary to ensure a satisfactory conclusion for all parties.
