Role: Works Planner

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

**Salary**: £23,793pa

Multitask Personnel are working with a leading property management company based in Leeds who are looking to expand their team As a Planner you will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,793 per annum plus Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities for the Work Planner role are:

- Control and monitor the daily work activity on the IT system
- Allocate and deliver services to agreed business priorities in the most cost effective way
- Monitor incoming work raised by the service centre
- Update IT system to allow statistical data to be collated and reported
- Liaise with operatives to ensure work is completed within specified timeframes
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Follow up on enquires and complaints

What we are looking for in our ideal Work Planner:

- Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerised database system (ideally Opti-Time).
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access).
- Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills.
- Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficial.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Planning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
