Clerical Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Clerical Administrator to join our growing and fast-paced company.
They will be well organized, have excellent attention to detail, be proactive and can work independently or as part of a team.
**The role/responsibilities**:
- Create jobs, raise & issue sub-contractor orders
- Allocate purchase orders to jobs
- Maintain accurate records
- Cost site staff’s timesheets and invoices
- Answer, re-direct calls
- Create estimate numbers
- Monitor admin in tray
- General admin tasks as required
**Skills/experience**:
- Competent knowledge of MS Office - specifically Excel and Outlook
- Experience of working in a similar position
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Self-disciplined, good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Good oral and written communication skills
