**Head of Sales - £70000 - £80000 plus up to 20% bonus, private medical insurance, enhanced pension scheme.**

**Location flexible and can be combined with home working but proximity to Windsor, Bath and Cheltenham (or all three) would be an advantage.**

**Our Opportunity**

Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Head of Marketing, Cluster Revenue Manager, local and central sales teams and respective hotel management teams you will oversee the group wide sales strategy and activity plan. You will set monthly targets and goals for team leaders and report back as required. You will co-ordinate communication and manage performance of the central sales function and work closely with senior leaders in the business as required. You will identify and introduce new clients and agents to each business as well as any UK representation / partnerships required now not part of larger group and make recommendations. Naturally you will represent the business at external events as well as attending regular internal meetings and reviews as required.
