**The Role**: As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the onboarding process for new staff members, including preparing contracts, conducting inductions, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and training records.
- Assisting with payroll administration and liaising with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of staff payments.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing documents, responding to inquiries, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assisting with employee relations matters and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
