Starting in Check eligibility in a department of 6 and in a busy office environment of 40, it is a great opportunity to develop a long-term career path within the company, our client base are people in fuel poverty and we take no payment from them, we simply let them know what energy saving measures they are entitled to under the Government grant scheme, fit them and get paid from the scheme.

**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**
- Administration of Grant schemes.
- Assess customer and property eligibility for the ECO scheme.
- Download allocated jobs from the server.
- Check job paperwork for compliance with ECO Guidance.
- Update status of job on shared spreadsheet.
- Gather, collate and submit required supporting evidence.
- Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks.
- Inbound and outbound telephone enquiries.

**Person Specification**
- Previous case handling experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
- Keen eye for detail is essential.
- Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, using initiative and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a calm and methodical manner.
- Well organised with the ability to multitask.

**Job Type**
- Full-time/permanent
- Salary negotiable dependent on experience (insert salary range)
- 42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
- Driving Licence preferred due to our location
- 30 days holiday including all 8 statuary bank holidays
