**Due to continuing expansion of our headquarters in Nantwich, Cheshire OCC Computer Personnel are looking to recruit an Business Administrator.**

**Main Duties & responsibilities**
- Formatting CVs for the Consultants.
- Maintaining and delivering reports from our ‘Adapt’ CRM System.
- Create censored job adverts for the consultants.
- Creation of MI & statistical reports from Adapt.
- Supporting Quality Management Representative (QMR) with ISO administration.
- Undertaking small projects for management in line with business requirements.
- Creating weekly statistics in excel
- Creating adverts for social media e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Creating adverts with Logic Melon, our go to career website
- HR Support
- Support and organisation with the recruitment office weekly incentives.

**Experience/Qualifications Required**
- Excellent Maths and English qualifications.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft office including word and Excel
- Strong Communication skills and a good sense of humour.
- Being able to work spontaneously and proactively with the growing demands of the business.
