Construction Project Administrator

**Duties**:

- Obtain quotes for materials
- Provide administrative support to the construction team, inc. timesheets of staff & subcontractors,
- Prepare small work estimates
- Liaise with various sites on a daily basis
- Liaise with clients as required
- Provide reports using company software (training will be given)
- Assist with project documentation and record keeping
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and databases
- Assist with data entry and clerical tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & excel
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willing to learn & adapt in a busy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Familiarity with construction terminology is a plus
- Clean driving licence and own transport is essential, in order to travel between sites & office
- Due to the nature of where we operate all staff must undertake a DBS check

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
