Highway Maintenance Operative Role

Ringway Jacobs is seeking a skilled Highway Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our crew, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of highway maintenance and construction projects.

The Role

• Work as part of the highway maintenance operational team, ensuring the successful delivery of critical infrastructure works.

• Manage and direct a small highway maintenance team, utilizing your expertise to drive project success.

• Carry out a variety of skilled tasks, including carriageway, footway, drainage maintenance, and minor civils works.

• Ensure all works are completed safely, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.

About You

• Possess highway maintenance experience and a valid driving license, with LGV class 2 as desirable.

• Demonstrate ability to carry out safety, quality, and environmental audits and risk assessments.

• Showcase proficiency in traffic management, including 12 A/B Traffic Management.
