**Job Purpose**

I am looking for 2 x Personal care assistants to support me for one hour a day, 12:30-13:30. I am a wheelchair user, living in WS11 Cannock. I am very friendly, I love reading, my religion and my cat.

Personal Care: I require support with personal care including showering and dressing.

The employer will provide any necessary training.

Domestic Care: Light household tasks e.g. laundry, vacuuming and washing up.

To perform such other duties as may reasonably be required.

Be friendly and outgoing.

Be honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

Be respectful of the employer’s dignity, at all times.

Understand the need for privacy and confidentiality.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

A willingness to undergo any training highlighted by the employer.

You should have some knowledge and understanding of risks.

The post carries a 6-month probationary period.
