Working closely with the Recovery College Operational Lead & the Peer Support Lead - the post holder will lead on the delivery and expansion of courses, wellbeing programme and training. The Recovery College currently delivers a range of mental health awareness and wellbeing training, based in experiential learning, where participant interaction, discussion, activity, and reflection is encouraged, through a co-delivery model. In this post, it is envisaged that you will both lead on training and coordinate a small network of trainers providing complementary training.
