Harte Consulting are excited to announce a new role as **Sales Progression Support**, in partnership with a long-standing, Wakefield based company, where a positive workplace culture is encouraged, and staff well-being is a priority.
As an integral part of the success of the company, the **Sales Progression Support** role will assist in the smooth flow of the Sales Progression department, by ensuring new client files are created and accurately imputed on the system. Your focus will be to ensure that all required data is captured in line with legal and process requirements needed, to enable the team to efficiently work on cases without any delays due to missing information. You will liaise with new clients, supporting them with the initial legal process and effectively managing their expectations and familiarising them with upcoming proceedings.
As **Sales Progression Support**, you will have working relationships with all Sales Progressor colleagues, interdepartmental working relationships and external working relationships including clients, solicitors, estate agents and vendors.
**The role**
- Adhere to the company workflow processes.
- Ensure all tasks are managed within agreed levels and timescales.
- Order relevant property searches on purchase files.
- Opening new cases on receipt of memo of sale.
- Conducting transaction chain checks.
- Managing files where no sale has yet been agreed, to ensure clients complete all necessary pre contract tasks, enabling a sale to proceed as soon as it’s agreed.
- Ensure all relevant feedback relating to cases that are abandoned or do not proceed is captured in the company IT system.
- Effectively develop relationships with referral partners.
- Assisting the other teams once all administration tasks have been completed.
- Attend apprenticeship and training sessions.
- You will ensure all Health & Safety policies and practices are adhered to and escalated in the correct way.

- High levels of professionalism, self-motivation, empathy, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer service focus and a confident telephone manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to accurately record admin.
- Team player, who can build and maintain positive relationships, and is adept in handling conflicts.
- Ability to multi-task and manage own workload, diary, and tasks.
- Conveyancing industry knowledge (desirable)
- Estate agency experience (desirable)
- IT literate (essential)
**The package**
- Full time hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:00
- Up to £21,000 basic salary (per annum)
- Hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
- Company paid qualifications.
