Set within a stunning converted church, the spectacular office & interior showroom features a fashionable blend of the finest furniture, most luxurious fabrics and lifestyle products from around the world in a selection of lifestyle rooms.
This exciting multifunctional role is ideal for someone who has a passion for interiors. Experience within the industry is advantageous though we are also keen to hear from people who have the necessary skill set and desire a role within the interiors environment.
**Key duties**
- Meet & Greet clients
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person
- General administration & showroom support
- General reception & Personal Assistant duties
- Assist with product sampling & client presentation preparation
- Assist with goods in /despatch management
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
**Skill set**
- Excellent numeracy & communication skills
- Experienced Microsoft user
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
- Self motivated
