In the role of Client Service Administrator, you will be responsible for the highest level of client administration and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and sending client communication to the highest standard
- Providing general admin support
- Answering telephone calls promptly and in a professional manner
- Taking messages accurately, thoroughly and ensuring they are passed on
- Greeting clients
- Ensuring our offices are welcoming and well-kept at all times

Experience and education:

- Previous experience in a similar role essential
- Experience of working in a professional environment preferred
- Microsoft Word and Excel essential
- High attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English Grade B (or equivalent)
