About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our Marlborough-based client's team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
This role involves providing administrative support, handling phone calls, emails, and letters, and ensuring that all communications are directed to the appropriate departments or individuals. You will also be responsible for overseeing the stationery account, placing orders, receiving deliveries, and monitoring stock levels.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A professional, calm, and positive personality is essential, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels. Organizational skills, flexibility, and proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office, are also required.
What We Offer:
In return, our client offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, 25 days' holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays, death in service, birthday off, sick pay, and an employee support scheme. Car parking is free, and there is potential scope for professional development and internal promotions.
