Office Administrator

CDSI Lighting is a growing lighting company based in Marlborough, with clients across the UK. We have an excellent reputation and have built strong and close relationships with our clients over many years.
**The Role**
The role of the administrator will be to support the directors in the daily running of the business. Role responsibilities will include:
- Liaise directly with customers and suppliers
- Processing orders to efficiently and accurately deliver them to site on time.
- Completing take-offs from lighting drawings and transferring to quotations.
- Handling of day-to-day office, including maintaining office supplies
- Assists in purchase orders and purchasing
**Essential requirements**
- Proactive and able to manage own workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior administrative experience preferred, but not essential.
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Previous experience with SAGE software preferred, but not essential.
- Passionate about their role and provide excellent service.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent. Monday - Friday.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
