We are recruiting a Warranty Administrator to join the team in Marlborough. Reporting to the Technical Manager, this key role will have overall responsibility for our warranty claiming process with a variety of our suppliers.

**Hours**:Monday - Thursday, 8am-4:30pm. Friday 8am-3:30pm

**Salary**:£30k-£40k depending on experience + T H WHITE Group benefits

**Location**: Office based at our depot in Marlborough

**Key duties will include**:

- Submitting warranty claims
- Processing agreed warranty claim credits against the claims
- Submitting policy/goodwill payment requests
- Working with our Service Managers to improve our claim processes
- Managing our warranty stores at each depot location
- Campaign management and follow up
- Supporting warranty audits conducted by our suppliers
- There will be a requirement to travel to each depot on occasion to support the warranty storage administration and coaching our service teams on best practices

**The Ideal applicant**:

- You will have good communication skills
- You will be well organised and have excellent attention to detail
- You will be confident to work autonomously
- You will be numerate and literate, GCSE English, Maths Grade C or equivalent, and possess good IT skills including MS Office
- Previous warranty administration experience is advantageous
- Agricultural/Construction or Groundcare industry experience
- UK Driving Licence due to the travel required with this role

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
