Now, we are looking to find a highly motivated, commercially driven Head of Partnerships. The aim? To keep the brand at the leading edge of travel communications and increase revenues for the next 30 years.

It’s an exciting time for Wanderlust Travel Media. Under new ownership and with an expanded leadership team in place since 2020, Wanderlust has undergone a multimillion-pound global expansion. A core focus is in continuing to innovate with the most far-reaching digital proposition, whilst continuing significant investment into the print product which now has an increased circulation and presence in over 70 international markets.

Working from a mix of home and office, the Head of Partnerships will be responsible for delivering revenue streams across the Wanderlust portfolio, developing the inventory, and increasing the profitability of the Wanderlust partnerships division.

Responsibilities include:

- Reporting to the Partnerships Director and working with the senior management team to develop and implement the Wanderlust sales inventory across digital, print and events, with a focus on the Spanish speaking markets
- Achieve targets and increases across the Wanderlust inventory
- Develop the digital inventory to ensure Wanderlust maximise revenue potential
- Sell profitable campaigns to new clients and increase business from the current portfolio through detailed account management and communication with the wider Wanderlust team
- Spot new opportunities in the marketplace that will deliver net profit to the business
- Manage and work alongside a team of sales execs to ensure they prosper and increase their output for the business
- Work alongside the Partnerships Director to increase profit and efficiency for the business
- Directly report forecasts, results, and strategy to the senior management team
- Complete all administration tasks efficiently and without prompts
- Aid with the creation and delivery of marketing materials
- Attend events in the UK and worldwide and become a face of the brand and a trusted partner for our advertisers

What we are looking for:

- Advertising professional, preferably with digital background (experience with print is an additional plus)
- Spanish speaker or proven experience with the LATAM market preferred
- Proven experience and track record of team and individual success in delivering targets
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Proven track record of bringing in new revenue streams to a business
- Willingness to proceed with staff management
- Confident presenter and salesperson

**Salary - Dependent on Experience, OTE up to £100k+**
