As Master Data Specialist within our Supply Chain function, you will be tasked with coordinating the planning and implementation of master data changes under the remit of the Wrexham Master Data team, and the wider data maintenance organisation. This will support in the delivery of site goals through timely delivery of agreed master data changes, provide an effective interface between the Wrexham Master Data team, global partners and the business (Customers) and allow the team to strive for excellence through the continuous improvement of robust master data management processes.

**What will you be doing**
- Ensure that master data changes are agreed with the assigned data owner in accordance with site procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide backup/proficiency for all aspects of master data management.
- Appreciation of context of data management in the Order Fulfilment process, and Operational Impact of change.
- Maintain clear direction and focus with the data team and wider data management organisation.
- Lead changes to working practices; ability to work flexibly in response to business needs.
- Lead sub-streams of the annual master data review process; contribute to upkeep of standards (e.g. standard costs)
- Coordinate LIMS and Pharmasuite Master Data related activities
- Create/modify derivation rules
- Create/modify batch determination rules
- Implement and support process improvements using Operational Excellence principles.
- Responsible for meeting project milestones in relation to SeaVision, iSAP and LIMS systems
- Lead intermediate level complexity problem solving.

**What are we looking for**
- Prior experience in a Master Data role would be hugely advantageous, particularly withing Supply Chain
- Demonstrable knowledge in the use of ERP (preferably SAP) and LIMS
- Clear understanding of the Master Data management processes and impact of changes
- Good organisational skills, able to plan ahead and prioritise task, prepare for change implementation and manage relationships accordingly
- Excellent communicator across all formats
- Ability to coordinate and execute Master Data changes
- Appreciation and willingness to adopt Lean Six Sigma/OE methodologies and continuously seek out areas for process improvement
