Safety and Environment Responsibilities:
  • Risk assessment for processes
  • Developing safe systems of work
  • Accident investigation
  • Workplace audits and corrective actions
  • Presentations on various HSE issues
  • Supporting in project delivery
  • Internal/external audits support
  • Delivering workplace inductions
  • Behavioural Safety initiatives
  • Site environmental management
Training Responsibilities:
  • Organising statutory HSE training programs
  • On-site training organization
  • Maintaining Area skills matrices
  • Updating training files and producing documents
  • Monitoring training progression
Requirements:
  • Experience with risk assessments
  • Audit experience is advantageous
  • NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Self-starter and proactive
  • Practical approach

Candidates should have experience in manufacturing environments, a willingness to learn and develop, along with involvement in Health and Safety and/or training.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational ability, tenacity, and a drive to succeed. The ability to work closely with the Site Management team is essential to meet all goals concerning HSE.
