Moduron GP Motors, a well-established small independent garage located at Penygroes Industrial Estate, Caernarfon LL54 6DB, is seeking a caring and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our front of house team. As a senior service advisor joining our company, you will play a vital part in our continued success.

We take a lot of care in providing a happy, safe, clean and professional workspace. We go for evenings out as a team, we support each other and you often hear the workshop having a laugh and whistling whilst they work. We work hard, but it is importance that everyone is looked after.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
- Schedule appointments and manage the workshop's workflow efficiently.
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes to customers for service and repairs.
- Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and communicate updates to customers.
- Explain additional services and products to customers, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle service history, and relevant documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle technology, and manufacturer specifications.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, ideally in the automotive industry. If you do not have automotive experience, then we will provide training to support you in your role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems for scheduling, invoicing, and customer management.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Comprehensive ability to speak and read Welsh.
