Role - Care Coordinator - Permanent position - Full time
The company provides care for their clients with their own homes, they are now looking for a Care Coordinator to support in the daily running and business development for this service.
My client is looking for someone who has -- Experienced as a Domiciliary Care
- NVQ/QCF Level 3/5 in Health and Social Care
- Committed and has the drive to continue to grow the service
- A positive can-do attitude
- Experience in recruitment & retention of staff
- Is skilled in training and mentoring of staff
- Has strong compliance knowledge of CQC
- Excellent team management experience having overseen teams
- Someone who is flexible with their working hours
- A valid UK driving licence
Responsibilities -- Support the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation.
- To build strong professional relationships with staff, service users, inspectors and other professionals as and when needed
- Working in partnership with the service provider and Registered Manager on a daily basis
- Ensure the provision of a high quality service enabling individual needs and organisation needs are met
- Ensure the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment, person centred planning and regular outcome focused reviews of services
- Ensuring training is up to date and supervision
- Assist with recruitment and training of staff
- Share on-call
- Producing staff rotas - ensuring all care calls are covered
**Requirements for the role -**
- Experienced in Domiciliary Care
- Level 3/5 in Health and Social Care
- Driving licence and access to a car
- Share on-call rota
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
**Experience**:
- Care Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
