**Why your role matters**

This role will be supporting the Senior Marketing Managers as they drive activity to meet their respective objectives of creating new business opportunities and delivery of client-focused marketing initiatives. On one day you will be helping to generate high-quality leads for our 500+ employee market segment and in the next, you will be driving cross and upsell opportunities across our client base.

**What you’ll be doing**

You will be set up to succeed, running your own campaigns from the start. As we develop greater insight into key verticals and buyer personas you will help deliver campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospective buyers and follow them through their client journey.

Joining our established marketing team, you will work alongside experienced colleagues who will support your professional development. With guidance from our Senior Marketing Managers, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our key commercial objectives.

Your campaigns will be omni-channel and you will be working closely with our internal creative and digital teams and external agencies. You will need to think about the maximum value you can create from a single piece of activity, always with an eye on the ROI. At our heart we are a service delivery business, and developing strong ongoing relationships with colleagues across our business will be critical to your success.

**About you**

**Where you’ll be working**
This is a hybrid working role (ideally two days per week in the Chester office, with the rest of the week remote).
