**About The Role**:
We are on the look out for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our small but perfectly formed Marketing team. You will be responsible for GSF Car Parts marketing including acquisition, growth and retention.

**Main duties include**:

- Management and development of existing schemes including the groups Loyalty Programme
- Use customer insights to help guide the marketing activity and improve customer experience
- Acquire new customer using various techniques and approaches
- Help to plan and coordinate GSF trade shows
- Grow share of wallet through targeted customer activity and promotions
- Manage the customer loyalty programme to improve retention and engagement
- Manage the assigned budget effectively
- Work closely with the rest of the marketing team and other company departments to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing.
- Monthly reporting on performance and ROI
- Market research and analysis of customer behaviour to improve and develop approaches
- Maintain and develop customer records and support segmentation

**Working Hours**:

- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm.

**About You**:
**What you will need to succeed**:

- A minimum of 3 years marketing experience
- Marketing degree level or CIM qualified
- Analytical skills
- Passionate and driven to help deliver strong results
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm
- Ability to multi-task with exceptional organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format
- Display good interpersonal skills and ability to build close knit relationships with outside agencies
- Be self-motivated and flexible
- Show creativity and an innovative approach to work

**Extra bonus points if you have**:

- Experience working in a customer market would be a strong advantage
- Experience of being responsible for a customer loyalty programme
